eXiLe works with education leaders and key school personnel to explore how they can form better teaching teams and re-energise staff with a renewed passion for teaching and learning.
We worked closely with key personnel team from Methodist Girls School (Primary) to customise a program for their staff to develop critical skills that can bring about transformation to the teaching and learning landscape for the school.
Using “Theme Park” as a metaphor, participants were led through a series of activities that challenged them to create their own theme park, manage visitor traffic and main attractions. This program allowed the teaching staff to draw parallels between how theme parks engage stakeholders similar to how the teachers engage students, parents and community.
