Of the many strategic workplan retreats that eXiLe conducted, a very memorable one was the recent corporate retreat with the Building and Construction Authority (BCA).
Tasked with designing a series of meaningful and innovative energizer and team building activity, our team created realistic scenarios that linked broad policy presentations such as the “Use of ICT in Built Environment” and “Future of Dynamic Transformable Structures” among others, with hands-on activities that participants can fully immerse in.
The carefully crafted retreat program incorporated interactive and energetic activities that enabled participants to engage in a lively exchange of ideas. Amazingly, the team even built a prototype PPVC modular version of the new BCA headquarters!
The corporate retreat received extremely positive feedback from senior management and teams from the BCA.
