How does one introduce systems thinking in the company or implement this approach into team?
For a professional workshop conducted for managers at the Singapore Discovery Centre, eXiLe utilised simple props and activities to challenge participants to explore what they knew about themselves and each other. The activity brought about many new discoveries and a deeper understanding of each other on the team.
Using the exploration of the different 'selves', participants were able to deepen relationships and re-learn how they can better work with one another. This exercise encouraged teams to function beyond a superficial “activity” level, and to dive deeper towards a broader “systemic” approach.
